Courtney N. Aiken is a purpose-driven leader, author, philanthropist, and the dynamic CEO and Founder of both The ShowKase Agency and Courtney Aiken Enterprises. A proud 2007 Cum Laude graduate of Spelman College, Courtney hails from Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, and continues to empower lives with grace, grit, and God-centered vision.
 

As a Leadership Coach at Spelman College, Courtney mentors undergraduate students as they navigate career planning and post-graduate pursuits. Beyond the campus, she pours into communities as a fierce advocate for children and young adults in the foster care system, and as a devoted mentor to young women discovering their identity and purpose.
 

Affectionately known as “The SheEO” and recognized as one of the hardest-working women in the Kingdom, Courtney’s mission is simple yet profound: to ShowKase God to the world beyond the four walls of the church, and lead souls into the Kingdom.
